Caring Crate May review

Caring Crate is very unique and for those dealing with mental health issues, chronic illnesses or anyone who needs a little extra self-care. The theme for May was Moments of Calm. Caring Crate is definitely a box that I look forward to every month!

Paint by Sticker Book ($20 CAD)

I haven’t seen anything like this Paint by Sticker book but I can’t wait to try it out. I’m not one to sit down and colour but creating by putting stickers on is something I would love. This is a great way to take some time out and just create a sense of calm.

Lesley Saligoe Botanicals Calm Balm ($16 CAD)

I love the scent of this calm balm and we are all using it at my work during our month end stress. It can be rubbed on temples or achy shoulders to help keep calm and it really does work. This balm contains lavender and ylang ylang. It also contains a hidden amethyst which is very cool.

Bed of Nails Acupressure Strap ($40 CAD)

I have never seen anything like this Bed of Nails strap. Each strap has 1848 rounded acupressure nails to help relieve pain and tension and increase circulation. I have yet to try this out as I just had a massage the other day but I’m going to use it for sure.

Carmella’s Jewelry You Are Enough Adjustable Mantra Ring ($13 CAD)

This mantra ring is gorgeous and I love the manta “You Are Enough” because that it is so true!

Caring Crate is $39.95 CAD plus $12.99 CAD shipping and the value of the items I received was approximately $89. I absolutely loved this box! I thought the items included were wonderful and such a huge treat for anyone looking to pamper themselves.
